Refund Terms

We strive to provide the best experience for our users, but we understand that certain situations may require a refund. We provide a refund when it is required by applicable law. In addition to the cases outlined by law, the following terms and conditions apply to refunds for Setanta Sports subscriptions.

Unable to Access the Service

If you purchased a subscription but are unable to access the Service, please contact us within 3 calendar days at [email protected] or via the private message box on the Platform. If our investigation determines that the issue was caused by Setanta Sports, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Incorrect Charges

If you were incorrectly charged an amount exceeding the price of your purchased Service, please reach out to us within 30 calendar days via the above contact details. Once verified, we will refund the excess amount to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time from the date we receive your request. The exact time for the funds to be credited depends on your bank or payment provider.

Transaction Fees

Any commission fees applied by third-party payment providers are the User’s responsibility and will not be compensated by Setanta. These fees (if applicable) vary depending on the payment method and are determined by the provider.

Device Compatibility

Setanta Sports is not available on devices using unofficial, unlicensed, or modified software. If you attempt to access the Service using such a device, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds for Third-Party Payments

If you purchased your subscription through a payment service provider that does not share your personal data with Setanta Sports, we cannot process a refund for your payment. In such cases, you must request a refund directly from the payment provider you used to activate the Service.

In case you purchased your subscription from a third party, you must address for refund directly to such third party.
